Anyone think that DC slugging would make a great starting topic for a short film documentary? Are they already out there?

What is DC slugging? If I dont know about it, and it has to do with DC, I want to make a short Doc about it. Tell me more.

Slugging is like a modern, legal form of hitch hiking. Lots of professionals slug in to work in the morning and out after work. Its supposed to be "environmentally motivated". Would be cool to slug one morning and chat it up with a complete stranger--- but I think there are rules-- you might not be allowed to talk.. we will have to check it out.
